      LSSNMAIA Supporting Members and Associate in Crisis 

        Registered members can access confidential crisis counselling and support as required.
        • Is your life getting out of your control, always lashing out at colleagues or family members?
        • Do you feel like you are falling and cannot stop?
        • Are you self-harming or hurting people around you?
        • Are you always stressed and cannot relax?
        • Are you misusing drugs including alcohol?
        • Do you wish to talk to an Advisor, a Counsellor or Therapist?

      Expect Counsellors to:
      • Listen to your Problems.
      • Assess Clients’ Problems, Safety Needs with absolute Professionalism, and No Judgement
      • Protect Clients Right, and Responsibilities
      • Set Goals and Direct Action to help clients Restore a state of Equilibrium in their lives
      • Promote Positive Health and Wellbeing.
      To get the right help, you must:
      • Speak honestly about your problems
      • Expect to Take direct Action on issues raised.
        What to do: Act now to Help yourself and or someone in Need the Support. Complete and submit the crisis survey form fully online to help or get help. Complete the contact form and leave your preferred contact details for general enquiries. Speak to your local Alumni Affairs Officer about getting local support, and for follow-up on your self-referral and if requiring immediate help, such as removing yourself from a place of danger.   Are you booking a new session? Register to access confidential help and support. Alumni and Associates must register to access mental health support, or return for therapy for stress, trauma, depression, OCD, addiction or other treatment.   Join the programme to support nurses in crisis.
